How it started?
My Journey with healing therapy started when I was experiencing health issues. Nothing seemed to work and that is when ‘Acupuncture’ also known as Touch Therapy, Reiki, Yoga, and Meditation helped me. It was then, that I realized how all these therapies could make you heal naturally. I envision using my experience to heal people and make them stay connected and feel the Universal Life Force Energy through Reiki.
My Guru- Mikao Usui
Mikao Usui known as the father of Reiki was born on 4 October 1865 in the village of Taniai in the Yamagata district of the Gifu Prefecture, Japan. With an avid interest in learning, he worked hard at his studies and further traveled to China and Europe for education. His curriculum included medicine, psychology, and religion as well as the art of divination. His experience in a diverse set of work inspired him to divert his attention to find the purpose of life. His teachings were aimed at students to provide them with a method to achieve a connection with the ‘universal life force’ energy for their self-development and spiritual connection.
